Orientation
When you come into UNITEMP for your interview...
Put your best foot forward. You will be meeting with a Certified Staffing Professional. This is an interview for prospective employment. Dress appropriately to present yourself as you would on a professional interview. Our customers expect professional temporary/contract personnel. UNITEMP uses this opportunity to access professionalism on the part of its applicants.
Set aside time for the application process. The application process includes:
- Application Completion
- Skills/Knowledge Assessments
- Personal Interview with a Certified Staffing Professional
- New Employee Orientation
Be sure when you come to apply, you have scheduled enough time to devote to the process.
Be prepared. If you have a resume, be sure to bring it with you. Prior to your interview, think about:
- Past work experience
- Work schedule availability
- Any prior commitments UNITEMP should be aware of
