When you come into UNITEMP for your interview . . .

Put your best foot forward. You will be meeting with a Certified Staffing Professional. This is an interview for prospective employment, dress appropriately to present yourself as you would on a professional interview. Our customers expect professional temporary/contract personnel. UNITEMP uses this opportunity to access professionalism on the part of its applicants.

Set aside time for the application process. The application process includes:

  1. Application Completion
  2. Skills/Knowledge Assessments
  3. Personal Interview with a Certifies Staffing Professional
  4. New Employee Orientation

Be sure when you come to apply, you have scheduled enough time to devote to the process.

Be prepared. If you have a resume, be sure to bring it with you. Prior to your interview, think about:

  • Past work experience
  • Work schedule availability
  • Any prior commitments UNITEMP should be aware of
  • Skills and level of expertise
  • Travel/commuting considerations.

Please be sure to arrive 5 to 10 minutes early and bring two forms of ID for government forms.
