VACATION PAY BONUS As a UNITEMP employee, you may be eligible for Vacation Pay Bonuses. At 1500 hours worked and paid, one week's Vacation Pay Bonus will automatically be sent to you during the following pay period. At 2000 hours worked and paid, one week's Vacation Pay Bonus will be sent. Total Hour Worked thresholds must be achieved during your anniversary year (365 day cycle from ORIGINAL hire date). All assignments contribute to vacation pay hours accumulation. Vacation Pay Calculation Total regular wages from anniversary date ÷ Total calendar weeks from anniversary date = $$ One week's Vacation Pay Bonus $$ Please note - hours accumulation is automatically reset to zero on anniversary date. *Anniversary date - First date of employment.
