Before coming in for an interview…
When you come into UNITEMP® for your interview…
Put your best foot forward. You will be meeting with a Certified Staffing Professional. Dress appropriately – present yourself as you would on a professional interview. Our customers expect professional temporary/contract personnel. UNITEMP® uses this first impression opportunity to assess our applicant’s professionalism.
Set aside time to finalize the application process, including:
- Application review
- Skills/Knowledge Assessments/Evaluations
- Personal Interview with a Certified Staffing Professional
- New Employee Orientation
- In-person document completion
When you come to apply, be sure to allow enough time to complete the entire process.
Be prepared. If you have a resume, bring a hard copy with you.
Prior to your interview, think about:
- Past work experience
- Work schedule availability
- Any prior commitments UNITEMP® should be aware of
- Skills and level of expertise
- Travel/commuting considerations
Bring two forms of ID for government forms.
