  • Make a list of other important information.
    • When the temporary is needed
    • Length of assignment
    • Job site address, entrance and directions with landmarks (if necessary)
    • Person/title the temporary will be reporting to
    • Daily work hours/lunch break policy
    • Any other information that will make the temporary's entry into your organization easier (cafeteria, smoking policy, parking, etc.)
    • Purchase Order Number if required.
