This company sent out invitations to the Hispanic community to participate in a market research project. UNITEMP Temporary Personnel then was asked to provide four bilingual Spanish customer service representatives to receive inbound calls resulting from the survey. The calls involved answering questions and setting up appointments.
UNITEMP Temporary Personnel had two days to find the best personnel for the job. Four temporary employees were sent for a duration of two weeks. The customer wanted to set up a specific number of appointments at specific times. The customer, as well as our employees, had a very positive experience. UNITEMP Temporary Personnel continues to provide specialty telemarketers to this customer for many different projects.
