This was a project requiring temporary telephone customer service representatives to receive inbound calls related to the bank’s transition from a privately held bank to a public bank. Depositors and employees were given the opportunity to participate in the initial stock offering. UNITEMP’s temporary personnel were trained to answer frequently asked questions and help callers through the process.
Temporaries needed to be professional, well-spoken, and customer-service oriented with accurate data entry.
